Create an Account

Download and install CallPlan Get CallPlan from the App Store.
- Create a new account
- Open CallPlan on your device.
- Tap “Create Account”.
- Enter your email address, name, and a secure password.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- Sign in Once verified, sign in with your credentials. You can also use your Apple or Google account for a quick setup.
Configure Your Settings
1. Open Settings
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Select “Settings” from the menu.
2. Notification preferences
- Call reminder – Choose how far in advance you want to be reminded (e.g. 10 or 30 minutes).
- Automatic note sending – Choose whether notes are sent automatically after each call: immediately, at end of day, or at a custom time.
- Recipients – Add recipients such as your assistant or team members.
- CarPlay – Enable or disable CarPlay support for hands-free use while driving.
3. Security & Privacy
- Two-factor authentication – Add an extra layer of security to your account.
- Data storage – Choose between local storage on your device or cloud synchronisation.
Schedule a Call
- Create a new CallPlan
- Tap “Create CallPlan”.
- Fill in the details:
- Title – e.g. “Weekly check-in”
- Person – Select a contact from your address book.
- Description – Purpose of the call, e.g. “Discuss project progress”.
- Date & time – When should the call take place?
- Category – Business, Internal, or Private.

Set a reminder Choose your lead time (e.g. 15 minutes, 1 hour). Default: 1 day and 1 hour before the call.
- Save Tap “Save”. You’ll receive a notification when the call is due.
Take Notes
- After the call
Open the completed CallPlan in the app.
- Add text notes manually.
- With voice recognition enabled, dictate your thoughts directly.
- Audio notes
- Tap “Add audio note”.
- Speak into the microphone; tap “Stop” when done.
- CallPlan transcribes your speech into text, which you can then edit.
- Send notes
Send notes immediately or at a scheduled time to:
- Yourself
- A specific person (e.g. assistant or colleague)
- Your virtual assistant
FAQs
Q1: How do I reset my password?
Tap “Forgot password?” on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
Q2: Can I sync CallPlan with Google Calendar?
Yes. Enable Google Calendar sync under Settings.
Q3: How do I set up Siri shortcuts?
Go to Settings → Siri & Shortcuts and enable the permissions. You can then create custom voice commands to create and manage calls.
Q4: How do I delete a CallPlan?
Open the CallPlan you want to remove, tap “Delete” at the bottom, and confirm.
Q5: Does CallPlan store my data?
No. All data remains securely on your device. Cloud sync is only active if you enable it in Settings.
Q6: What happens if I don’t select a category?
Your CallPlan will automatically be assigned the “Unknown” category. You can change it at any time.
