How the connection works
Connect your Odoo instance
In CallPlan go to Settings → Integrations → Sign in with Odoo. Supports Odoo Online (odoo.com) and self-hosted instances.
Link a call to an Odoo contact or lead
When creating a call, select the matching Odoo record. CallPlan shows you the existing conversation history right away.
Make the call – take notes hands-free
Dictate via Siri or CarPlay during the call. CallPlan stores everything in a structured way – no typing, no forgetting.
Automatic Odoo entry
After the call, the note appears automatically as an activity on the Odoo record. Follow-up tasks are created instantly. Zero manual effort.
